About

After 32 years working within two of the world’s largest global companies, I have now returned to being an independent consultant.

I retired from IBM Canada after a short 30 years – where I was last an Associate Partner / Executive Consultant in the Technology Strategy & Change Management consulting practice. This team was part of the Strategic Change Solutions service line within IBM’s Global Business Services organization.

Then I took a break for a while… Took an extended vacation, dabbled at writing a book, tried forming a new business venture, and practiced my golf swing until it became aparent it wasn’t going to improve substantially. It was a mini-retirement that I’d dreamt of for many years. Then the reality set in, and the golf courses were planning to close down for the season…

In the fall of 2007 I returned to the Technology Consulting with Capgemini Canada, based in Toronto.

Now it is the spring of 2009, and it is time for a new venue. I have re-located to North York from Markham. This was a big leap, having spent over 25 years as a suburban commuter in Richmond Hill and Markham. A more important leap though was becoming engaged to a very wonderful and delightful lady. Indira and I are enjoying our new home, and working on settling in
